Introduction of ISO 9001 Quality Management System concepts
- Introduction to the ISO 9001 standard family.
- Introduction to management systems and process approach.
- Understanding the fundamental principles of quality management.
- Know the general requirements: presentation of clauses 4 to 8 of ISO 9001.
- Management Responsibility: Presentation of Chapter 5.
- Resource management: presentation of section 6 and 7.
- The production of the product: presentation of chapter 8.
- The Analysis and Continuous Improvement Measure: Presentation of Chapters 9 and 10.
Hands-on work
- Reasons for implementation of the standard, ISO management principles applied to quality, interpretation of ISO 9001 clauses, preparation of a QMS project and drafting of a quality policy.
Implement ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Selection of the approach and methodology implemented under ISO 9001.
- Identification and analysis of client needs and requirements.
- Implementation of document management.
- Follow the process of resource management, product realization and purchase.
- Control and monitor a Quality Management System. Measure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct an internal audit of ISO 9001 and conduct the management review of the Quality Management System.
- Implementation of a continuous improvement programme.
- Preparation for the ISO 9001 certification audit and plan for registration with a certification body.
Hands-on work
- Problem solving, process improvement, QMS operations, quality control tools, customer satisfaction and corrective action plans.

- Area 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of quality.
- Area 2: Quality Management System (QMS).
