- The Manifesto Agile and the 12 principles.
- Its fields of application.

Scrum Methodology and roles in an Agile team
- Scrum theory: empirical process, pillars, Scrum values.
- Artifacts: increment, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Definition of Done.
- Global view of events and presentation of the concept of Sprint.
- The events: Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
- The roles: the Scrum team, the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, the development team.
- Interactions between the different roles and the Scrum Master with the organization.
- Good practices: estimation and velocity, techniques, User Story, monitoring and radiators of information.
Exercise
- Application exercises (Sprint implementation, group decision making).
