  • The Manifesto Agile and the 12 principles.
  • Its fields of application.

  • Brainstorming and application exercises.
Scrum Methodology and roles in an Agile team
  • Scrum theory: empirical process, pillars, Scrum values.
  • Artifacts: increment, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Definition of Done.
  • Global view of events and presentation of the concept of Sprint.
  • The events: Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
  • The roles: the Scrum team, the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, the development team.
  • Interactions between the different roles and the Scrum Master with the organization.
  • Good practices: estimation and velocity, techniques, User Story, monitoring and radiators of information.
