• Which languages and accessibility checks are required?
• Where do responses go, and who can access them?
• What analysis must be reproducible outside the tool?
• How often will the content change?

A basic contact form may benefit from a familiar manual editor and a stable integration. A training team producing quizzes and live sessions may value generation and interactive delivery. Neither conclusion follows from the “AI” label alone.

Compare outcomes, not demo speed

Do not use an unsourced table that says one product creates a survey in a fixed number of minutes. Creation time changes with question quality, review, translation, branching, privacy checks and integration work.

Run the same brief through each shortlisted tool. Include a representative form, not a toy example. Record:
